While Daniels and his superiors go through some extreme conflict during the campaign, Daniels does, however, form close friendships with certain members of his platoon, which ultimately helps drive the storyline to its spectacular conclusion. Daniels and his superiors don’t see eye to eye and this brings an entirely new dynamic and conflict to the storyline. While Daniels and the platoon face many insurmountable odds… they also have to deal with personal struggles as well as conflicts within their very own platoon. Its storyline is rock-solid, emotional and one that is well-worth experiencing. While I won’t give too much of the storyline away, I will, however, mention that the Call of Duty: WWII campaign is well-worth playing, multiple times. After surviving the beaches of Normandy, Daniels and his squad – which consists of an all star cast, including: Private First Class Robert Zussman (Jonathan Tucker), Private Drew Stiles (Kevin Coubal), Technician Fifth Grade Frank Aiello (Jeff Schine), Technical Sergeant William Pierson (Josh Duhamel) and First Lieutenant Joseph Turner (Jeffrey Pierce) – fight their way across Europe, engaging the enemy in iconic battle locations such as the Hürtgen Forest and the Battle of the Bulge, as they make their way into Germany.
